A friend of mine wanted me to create a character design for him for a story he was working on. Long story short, what he wanted was a member of a technologically sophisticated, sentient race whose evolution had diverged from humanity's at some point long, long ago. As it turns out, I went too far back in creating an alternate path that diverged off somewhere around Australopithecus, and he was looking more for a an alternate descendant of Homo Erectus. Still, he and I both liked the design, and so he resolved to use it in some capacity in his story. Until he lost interest in working on it. C'est la vie. I'm especially fond of the clothing around the tail. Though itt looks like it would take a while to get on and off, now that I think about it...
