Charlotte Tosh is an ambitious young necromancer from Vancouver, BC. She's a friend of Chris's and a snappy dresser. She specializes in dealing with the spirits of the dead, rather than the gaudy act of bodily ressurecting the dead, as Dave and Chris have.

She seems to have some designs on Dave, which seem to revolve around mentoring him under the authority of somebody named "Winter", though what this could mean is as yet unknown...
